The hotel was well-maintained and had very friendly staff. The venue was perfectly situated in a relaxing area not far from Tom Hamms Restaurant. I got a complimentary upgrade to a double room with 2 beds, which was a nice gesture.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful. The staff, including housekeepers, are pleasant. The room is silent and new-fashioned, with a lounge, terrace, and carpet. The pool area is great. They offer shuttle service from the airport if needed. The hotel has a great restaurant.

The location was marvellous and peaceful, easy walk to Bubble Bath.

We have booked standard king room with giant tree blocking views and 2 queen beds and the bedroom for 2 nights. The hotel was perfectly situated really close to the marina or the beach and the Bali Hai restaurant at the round-about. Also, a waterfront park was easy to reach.

This place had a great location, the room I stayed in was well-decorated with amazing views, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently stayed at Best Western during a family trip. Although I couldn't upgrade to a suite, the room I was assigned was conveniently located near the pool and restaurant/bar. The check-in process was friendly and prompt, and the room had a fridge and microwave. Despite some noise from the nearby ice machine, we decided to stay put and enjoy the nice pool temperature. The staff was responsive and friendly, and the hotel had incredible views, updated amenities, and clean pools and Jacuzzi. The outside fireplace was a great touch, and the location was perfect with easy access to downtown and the airport. The restaurant served a delicious meal, and I would definitely stay at Best Western again.

Great spot right by the bay 🌊. The rooms are roomy and the breakfast is decent.
